Speed & Agility *SUMMER CAMP*

Age Groups 7-10, 11-14. This fun and energetic 1 day camp is designed to help build foundational athletic skills through age-appropriate speed and agility drills. Using games, obstacle courses, and dynamic movement exercises, we focus on improving coordination, balance, quickness, and confidence—all in a supportive, team-focused environment. Whether your child plays sports or just loves to move, this class helps them develop physical skills that transfer to everyday activities and athletics alike.

Athlete will need to bring:

Water (hydration), Athletic sneakers, Athletic outfit

Lunch will be provided to all athletes.
